Question: I am having trouble downloading the book. What should I do?

Answer: Follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and it is required to open, view and print PDF files. To download a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader for free, click here.

2. Make sure to install Adobe Acrobat Reader after downloading it.

3. You should have received a receipt email from ClickBank after your purchase. At the bottom of that email is another link to the download page. Click on that link to go back to the download page.

4. Once on the download page, follow the instructions exactly as they appear to complete the download.

 

Question: I can't get back to the download page. I paid for the book, but I keep getting a message saying the download page has expired. What should I do?

Answer: Do the following:

2. Try re-downloading the book (see the first question at the top of this page on how to download).

3. If you're still having problems, go to the contact us page. Please make sure to explain the exact problem you are having and include your ClickBank receipt number in your message. Like a paper receipt, this is your proof of purchase.

 

Question: I downloaded the book, but now I can't find it on my computer. What should I do?

Answer: Do the following:

1. From Windows, you can also do this. Choose START and then FIND or SEARCH. Type the word: *.pdf in the search box. Windows will then search for every PDF file on your computer...the book will appear in these results.

 

Question: I bought the book at work, but now I want to use it on my home computer (or vice-versa). What should I do?

Answer: Do either of the following:

1. Copy the book onto a CD or USB drive and then take it home (or to work).

2. Go to the contact us page and we will send a temporary download link to your home (or work) email address. You MUST include your ClickBank receipt number in your message to us. Like a paper receipt, this is your proof of purchase.

 

Question: I have been trying for days to get the training e-book but I keep getting error messages stating that the site is either unavailable or cannot be found. . How do I report such a site error?

Question: I couldn’t download the entire package I paid for. What do I do now?

Answer:  Probably, this is due to the bandwidth problem. Our bandwidth is limited and at times there are many file transfers going on simultaneously. If everyone downloads many files at the same time, the average download speed per person becomes lower. Please download only one file at a time. Do not use download boosters such as Download Accelerator. If you're still having troubles downloading our product, please contact us.


Question: I have purchased your training e-books but it got deleted off my computer. Could you please take me to the page from where I can download it again.

Question: I do not want to make payment for my order through PayPal. Do you accept payment through discover card ?

Answer:  If you don’t have any account with PayPal, you can pay through your discover card.


Question: My credit card is not being accepted.

Answer:  Your credit card may not be accepted for a number of reasons - Here are the list of these reasons below to help you identify the problem .Please contact your credit card company to find out the exact issue.

1) You may have forgotten to enter the 3 digit CVV2 number.

2) Your bank may have an older billing address on file.

3) Your transaction may be declined or held if you are using a Credit Card in a different Country to the one it was issued in (e.g. if you are using a Credit Card in the US that was issued in Europe).

4) Your Credit Card may have either reached it's maximum credit limit or daily transaction limit.

5) Your bank may have disabled internet transactions.


Question: I don't want to pay by credit card. Can I pay by check or money order?

Answer:  If you don't want to pay by credit card, you can pay through Paypal. You simply need to select AMEX as your card type in the order form.


Question: I don't want to order online. Can I send a check or money order for this book?

Answer: Because this is a series of digital books that are delivered electronically, only online orders are accepted (US checks are accepted online too).


Question: Haven’t received my order yet but my credit card has been billed.

Answer:  When you buy a product, the download instructions will be emailed to you. If you have paid by Paypal, sometimes there is a delay before we are notified of your payment.


Question: How do I get a refund?

Answer:Fill out the contact us form and state that you want a refund (you do not need to give a reason why). You MUST include your ClickBank receipt number is this message. Question: How long do I have to wait for my refund?

Answer: We use ClickBank (clickbank.com ) to process all financial transaction. That means they processed your original order and they will process your refund.

After we submit your refund request to ClickBank, they will normally send you a confirmation email within 72 hours stating that your refund has been processed. Sometimes it takes them longer than 72 hours to do this.
